Roger - the project is not under active development at this time.  The JAR
file download that is available on sourceforge is quite old and does not
have the latest code.  You will have to download everything from CVS and
build the project yourself with Ant.  

If building it yourself sounds too complicated, I could do it for you but
I won't have time until next week.  The StingerLearnFilter does function
properly, but the code needs some more work because it produces an
overwhelming amount of XML if you have a large site.
