SoCal list members:

After some discussion with the current chapter and OWASP leaders, we
decided to separate the chapter into OC and LA. The wiki will be updated
shortly to reflect these changes. Two new lists will be created and this
one will be decommissioned. More news to come soon.

The LA meeting will happen at Symantec in Culver City. The facility is
very large and brand new (less than one year old). This venue is near
the airport, has plenty of parking spots and well equipped conference
rooms.

I'll be in charge of the chapter for the time being. If you have any
suggestions for speakers please send them to me. I also would like to
take the opportunity to propose our first meeting August 19. The meeting
happen a couple weeks after Black Hat/DefCon which at a minimum will
give us a chance to talk about any relevant development for OWASP.

Hi,
I'd be interested in coming as a member again if it's in Pomona.

I have at least one co-worker interested as well, and possibly three or
more.

Also, if Pomona doesn't work out for some reason...
We've been inquiring at work as to whether we could host meetings in our
conference room (up to 30 people), but do not currently have an answer.
Our office is in Brea, off of Imperial Highway 1.5 miles east of the 57
freeway.
