[Owasp-socal] L.A. Owasp Meeting Location

I recommend that SoCal be split into, at least, LA and Orange County.
These geographic areas are HUGE. From Brea, in Orange County, there
is no way for me to get to any lunch meetings in the other side of
Orange County, much less Los Angeles County.

If someone has a location with wireless in Orange County (I can also
get to Pomona from Brea after work), I am interested in facilitating
an OWASP WebGoat Lab Q&A meeting. Let's break the mold of listening
to smart people, and use the amazing OWASP tools ourselves. Just
think how fast we could progress with a bunch of other brains in the
room to troubleshoot with.

Proposed Format:
Plugin own laptops
15-30 minutes - Introductions Go Round (Name, relevant skillsets,
share a good URL)
15-30 minutes - Go Round for anyone with a question that is stumping
them to locate another person to talk with during lab time
Remaining time - Open Lab for all attendees
Pack up laptops

This same format would work for teleconferencing if someone can offer
one.
