[Owasp-portuguese] OWASP Top 10's Portuguese translation

Olá! :)

Vá em frente Serrão, faça esse documento de gerenciamento da tradução e
compartilhe conosco.

Um item importante é termos revisores de ambos países pois assim podemos
uniformizar quaisquer termos/palavras que fiquem muito fora da realidade
para um ou outro (se é que ainda aconteçam.. :) )
Posso ficar responsável por integrar as partes traduzidas e revisadas. Não
creio que precisemos de um comitê.
