[Owasp-portuguese] [Owasp-brazilian] OWASP Top 10's Portuguese translation

Hi,

since we have started this work already last December (and we are also collaborating on other initiatives and translations), prior to Paulo's email, and since we have exchanged some other emails, I've proposed a methodology or work and I don't mind coordinating this efforts.

This would be something very interesting for both our chapters.
