I don't know of any in-person study groups right now in OC. You should ask in the CISSP forums on Web sites like http://www.cccure.org/ and http://www.techexams.net/forums/isc-sscp-cissp/. These sites, along with http://freepracticetests.org/, are the best for people studying for (ISC)2 certification exams. I'm the moderator of the InfoSec forums on techexams.net, so I'll be answering any and all questions you may have. Start by reading my CISSP and SSCP blog articles:
