[Owasp-orange_county] OWASP Half Day Conference at UC Irvine

Sorry I didn't work on getting this set up sooner, but I'm out of town  
this week and so the 16th won't work for me.

How about in two weeks, the 30th? Can we make that happen? I can try  
to arrange for a speaker in the mean time.
