Did you know that the OWASP NJ Chapter currently has (291) members and

guys in a basement talking about sql injection techniques?. Our

enforcement, auditors and CTO/CISO's! - Thank you for your continued
support and association.
To recap the successful event at the 12/7/06 meeting at ABN AMRO in
Jersey City (http://www.owasp.org/index.php/New_Jersey) it was
discussed that OWASP New Jersey will allocated (7) seats to board
membership in 2007, invite joint-meetings with ISSA, Infragard, HTCIA
and others, incorporate under 501c3 non-profit status in the state of
New Jersey and per membership request, explore the creation of single
NYC Metro OWASP chapter, webex meetings, day-time/night-time meetings
and more!. As a follow-up to this email, shortly we will be sending
out a web based membership survey asking you for 5 mins of your time
to vote on each of these shaping chapter issues and more!
At the meeting, I also announced that Mr Joe Bernik CISO of ABN AMRO
has been relocated to Chicago f/t and has stepped down from his role
of board member of New Jersey Chapter and I alerted everyone that we
are in need of meeting locations that can hold over 100+ persons,
sponsors and speakers.
Finally, we announced was the beta release of the Web Application
