[Owasp-modsecurity-core-rule-set] Collection problem in CRS 2.0.7

Since I upgraded to CRS 2.0.7 I see the following message in section H in
the logs:

--cbe3b111-H--
 Message: Asked to set variable "20", but no collection name specified.

Any ideas what's causing this?
