[Owasp-modsecurity-core-rule-set] ModSecurity: Unable to retrieve collection

Hello,

I am getting the following error several times for each client since I
upgraded the CRS to 2.0.5:

ModSecurity: Unable to retrieve collection (name "ip", key "<client IP>").
Use SecDataDir to define data directory first.

What does this mean? My config has "SecDataDir /tmp"
