Hi Colin, I don't think we will have problems finding projects/initiatives
within OWASP that match their criteria, the problem (in my point of view) is
finding somebody who is going to dedicate the time required to make this
Hence the reason why I think that a SoC 09 grant is one of the most
realistic avenues :)
