[Owasp-london] The next OWASP London meeting on December 6

I would like to have the next OWASP London meeting on December
6. The idea being to have meetings at least once a quarter. This
is in line with the feedback I've received so far.

I would say the venue we used for the last meeting can hold
up to 30 people comfortable. We are going to stick with it provided
we stay under this number.

The official part of the meeting is going to last from 7pm until
9pm. Unofficially, 6.30pm until 10pm.
