[Owasp-london] Podcasting, how to record a presentation?

I wanted to record my 'Rooting the CLR' LondonDotNet presentation and
Podcast it.

So given the failed attempt to record the London Owasp Chapter meeting
(my fault), I decided to ask for some help, does anybody on this list
has experience in recording audio for Podcasting (note that I have a Mac
Powerbook G4 (OsX 10.4) which I can use to record and process the audio)
