Hi,

I'm Lu, web developer from Brasil I'm joining the list given a recent deeper
interest in Web Application Security including the legal aspects of it. I'm
acctually really really interested in the legal aspects and implications of
developing application aimed at children and teenagers, so... any tips about
it and about reading and people to talk to about it will be welcome.

I'm also a Portuguese speaker and if any help is needed in traslating I
would glad to be of any use.
