[Owasp-leaders] Newbie question

       Dear list,

  The question may sound stupid, but even after reading [1] I have a few 
difficulties understanding exactly what an "OWASP Leader" is. In 
particular, I leader project Opa, that has just become an OWASP Project, 
does this qualify me as a leader? If so, should I take a few lines to 
introduce myself and my project? Finally, what exactly is the objective 
of this mailing-list?

Please accept my apologies if the questions are too newbie-ish.
