(There are others on my TTD list and would like to have your Top 5 list as well, I am just starting with these three to define, act, measure results, repeat)

Purpose;
To connect dots with OWASP Foundation and determine joint opportunities bi-directional contributions and support for international expansion.  Before making phone/email inquires wanted to check the leaders list if we know of folks at these groups and would like to help make connections.

Next steps:
Assemble interested parties team to directly meet with these organizations and establish a protocol for working together leveraging other synergies. Have the team by March 31st and then work on this starting Q2/April.  
- Ask for OWASP exposure directly to its membership via its conferences/mailing/alerts to members
- Invite to participate as a community member at our conferences http://www.owasp.org/index.php/Category:OWASP_AppSec_Conference
