[Owasp-leaders] Feedback Requested: OWASP Certificate Project

Yesterday, I was wandering the corridors practicing my management by
walking around technique and noticed an interesting behavior. Within
enterprise environments, there is a plethora of certificates of
attendance for various internal "seminars" and was thinking that OWASP
could leverage this mindset. What would folks think about chapter
leaders nominating once-a-year the person who is most dedicated in
attending their local chapter? This would be our way of acknowledging
folks within the community and their dedication and passion for learning
about web application security.

For the enterprise types, this would give them a certificate to hang in
their cubicle and something to put on their resume. Slightly on the
corny side but enterprise types love this stuff.
