[Owasp-leaders] Global Summit and AppSec USA

I think two of the reasons we are thinking about DC (again) is:
1) it gives us more time to plan it, and
2) Its closer to Europe which makes it easier for people in Europe to
attend.
I simply don't think there is any feasible way to move it up to the Irvine
conference because it's simply too soon.
But I do share your concerns as well. There really is no ideal solution to
this issue. We could wait until OWASP Ireland next year, but that is
probably too far away.
