Jean Marie,

I personally don't see any reason to change the current arrangements in
Melbourne. You're the only chapter in Australia to consistently hold
regular meetings, and those meetings have many attendees from reports
(and from personal experience of my last talk to the chapter when I
returned from the USA last year).

The main thing from my perspective is that all chapters should uphold
the chapter guidelines as best they can.

As you know, I can't attend most meetings, so I am going on what I hear
from the rumor mill, so I apologize in advance if I've got the wrong end
of the stick. However, from the Wiki page I do see some things that may
be improved:

* There was a rule change in 2009 to allocate three leaders to each
chapter. I don't see that on the OWASP Melbourne home page. Can you
please update the page to reflect the three chapter leads?
* Another issue is that most meetings are not announced on the Melbourne
Wiki page and the OWASP Community web page. Can you please make sure
that when you send announcements to the mail lists that the Wiki page is
updated?

I think many (if not most) chapters are in the same boat as Melbourne,
so please don't take these two items personally.

Lastly (and personally) as I find it so hard to attend being so far
away, it would be great if slides or videos could be shared on the OWASP
website after a meeting has been concluded.

That would really help me out! :)

thanks
Andrew
