[Owasp-leaders] Fwd: OWASP Certification - PureIQ

Has anything changed since we last talked about this? Not to be rude,
but continuing to throw this back into the community is just stirring
up debate. We've made our decision, several times over, we've decided
what to do. Let's do it!!

Why does a GC need to be involved?
