[Owasp-leaders] Measuring Organizational Knowledge of Application Security

I would like to establish a baseline to determine organizational
knowledge of application security for developers via survey mechanisms
and was curious if anyone has ran across one that was well executed?
Hope to harvest some of the work of others along with adding in a few
items of my own.
