Hey Jeremy,
That looks very good except you should add one more: under what
conditions do you have elections?
What if the Leader turns out to be a dud, he/she loses interest, there
are very few meetings, people stop attending, but the Leader wants to
keep the title and the prestige associated it?
I think that the Global Chapter committee is going to have to
establish criteria that determines whether a Chapter is alive or dead,
then if dead have procedures to investigate what is going on.
Geez, this is getting to be like running little governments :-)
