Virtual Conferences can be an incredible hassle to get right.
Especially if you are trying to do live, interactive broadcasts.

 

I recommend we consider focusing on recording and publishing conferences
with greater quality in a more standardized way so folks can download
any part of a conference - on demand - almost immediately after a
conference is done. This is something we could pull off, now, cheaply
and easily, regardless of the bandwidth on site.  I have many ideas in
this vein if anyone is interested.
