The new OWASP portal will launch on May 9th. David and Ben (and Ingo)
have made a tremendous effort and I can't thank them enough. You guys
are stars.
Heres a link to a dev instance. No guarantee of uptime
http://12.237.249.3:8080/portal
Each project manager does however need to edit his / her own article.xml
page and take care of his own content. David simply can't do it for you
so I am afraid to say if its not done we just won't include it in the
site.
Heres what I think that means;
Documentaion
Top Ten - Jeff to get DocBook version in CVS and notify David. No
landing page needed, first page of Top Ten will work
Testing - David Endler to do the landing page (article.xml) and provide
the first few chapters in DocBook.
Guide - Mark to do article.xml and provide version 1.1.1 docbook and
latest working version updated weekly.
Development Projects
CodeSeeker - Gabe to create article.xml
WebScarab - No owner ! Rogan, anyone else ?)
WebGoat - Bill to create article.xml
oPortal - David and Ben to work on tab
Filters - Alex to crate article.xml if this project is alive. If not we
will drop it.
All content needs to follow the templates David will send links to and
be in CVS by Monday 5th. If it is not done by that date it wont make the
cut I am afraid.
David will be sending out a mail about how to update your pages shortly.
You will notice no VulnXML. Please contact me if you want to know more
about that. There is a reason that we don't want archived here just yet.
Also we are going to call the OWASP Common Library a project as it has
had a significant amount of work.
I am in the process of setting up the Foundation now and will announce
some significant changes shortly to get us more efficient and
organized.
I am in transit from California to MA this weekend and next week but
will be back online end of next week.
