The South Texas chapter of the ISSA is organizing an Ethical Hacking and
Penetration Testing  Class.  Ethical Hacking and Penetration Testing Class
Winter / Spring 2012- ISSA South Texas Chapter.  This 40-hour training
class:


   - Starts January 14th for 5 of 6 consecutive Saturdays until 2/18
   - This is a serious class with a hands-on lab taught by an expert in the
   field with extensive SANS teaching experience.
   - Registration will be limited to the size of the classroom, so sign up
   now if you have interest- contact education at southtexas.issa.org
   - The classes will be at Rice University.
   - The cost is $699 members; $824 non-members.
   - Is also open to people who simply want to learn more about IT security

Class Schedule:

   - The first meeting will take place on Saturday 01/14/2012 at 8 AM.
   - The class will meet every Saturday starting at 8:00 AM until 5 PM
   - We are currently planning to meet 5 of 6 Saturdays (1/14, 21, 28, 2/4,
   2/18) with a break on 2/11 for President's Day.

   - Participation in the study group will cost $699 for ISSA South Texas
   Chapter members, and $824 for non-members.

   - Exam Cram CEH text by Michael Gregg
   - Book bag
   - Meals
   - Parking
   - Payment should be made by credit card on the Acteva website. Checks
   can also be accepted at the classes.
