[Owasp-guide] [OWASP-1300] Reuse of text from previous guide 'File System' (coordination with 0900 ?)

Dear all,

for the chapter 13 'Malicious Code Search' it will make sense to reuse 
some part of the old guide, actually the section from the 'File System' 
Chapter dealing with modification of resources.

I have the impression the rest of the file system chapter, dealing with 
read-access to resources, will better fit in the chapter 0900 'Data 
Protection'.

Would this repartition be alright for the two groups? Or is the topic 
relevant in another chapter?
