[OWASP-GUIDE] Shall we try to release at Blackhat 2005?

Okay, I have applied for Blackhat. Let's see if we are accepted. 

Denis, yes, this means we can relax on the April 18 deadline, but I'd
certainly like to see this done by the time the materials deadline for BH is
up. IIRC from my 2001 BH talk, this was end of June, but it may have changed
in the last four years.
