[OWASP-GUIDE] Chapter 02

I just saw that I did some mess on the CVS last night with "your" Chapter
02. Seems as if me changing on my local copy of that file made my cvs
software think it should upload my changes! (And since I normaly worked
with SourceSafe and others not behaving automatically like that I was not
prepared for it...)

Please kill the last upload or ignore it.
