[OWASP-GUIDE] Web Services Description in Chapter 02

I had a few good ideas: I'd like to add into the Chapter 02 some text
concerning Web Services and their description. I think there are a few
small things missing: 

- Application Service Providers which actually do WebServices since a few
years, 
- problems like billing... which will arise with automated WebServices,
- version control of software etc,
- small correction that its not all about SOAP, but automation.

Just a few lines in fact.

Anyone against? Or should I better do this in another place?
