If you are listed in the authors section of the guide in any way, we need a 
detailed entry in your <author> or <othercredit> tag of what you have 
contributed to the guide. Specific chapter information and a timeline of 
contributions is encouraged.

The file to edit is bookinfo.xml and comments can be added with a <contrib> 
tag (http://docbook.org/tdg/en/html/contrib.html).
