  Yesterday I was browsing through the March issue of IEEE Computer
magazine and run into an article titled "Defending against Cross-Site
Scripting Attacks" by Lwin Khin Shar and Hee Beng Kuan Tan (Nanyang
Technological University, Singapore).

The article presents XSS and discusses possible defenses. The authors
reference several times OWASP, the Top10, ESAPI and even the XSS cheat
sheet.

although you need to be a member/subscriber.

Anyways, good outreach to the research community: the IEEE Computer
mag. is read by a massive number of scientists and engineers around
the world.
