Does the information here, starting from system requirements downward: http://www.owasp.org/index.php/Category:OWASP_Enterprise_Security_API#tab=Java_EE

... comprise the ESAPI 1.4 install guide/release notes/readme?

If this can be confirmed, I'll put the information into an "esapi4java-1.4-readme.txt" and then add it to Google Code documentation.

Alternately, if there are additional 1.4 install guide/release notes/readme, if someone could point them out to me, I'll either move or copy them into Google Code documentation, as appropriate.
