[OWASP-ESAPI] ESAPI Unit Test Results

Jim, what platforms are/will unit tests be run on by the time the release
finalizes? This info should be collected up so we can put it into the
release notes. This is a little bit of a self-preservation measure, so that
once it's released, if someone runs it on AIX or something weird like that,
it can easily be explained that AIX (or whatever) isn't one of the
officially supported platforms. That's a better story to tell someone than
the alternative (of didn't test so don't know).
