[OWASP-ESAPI] Issue 39: LogFactory DefaultSecurityConfiguration cast

Both JavaLogFactory & Log4JLogFactory needlessly cast
ESAPI.securityConfiguration() to DefaultSecurityConfiguration making other
implementations of SecurityConfiguration cause ClassCastExceptions.

Attach patch has been retested to apply successfully to trunk revision 741.
