[OWASP-ESAPI] ESAPI compiled in JDK 1.4.2

Absolutely.  I tried to avoid using any calls that rely on 1.4.2, but I
believe there are still some.  A few of the tools I'm using seem to require
Java 1.5, so I may have inadvertently used a few calls.  If there's demand,
I'll move that up in the list of priorities.  Thanks,
