[Owasp-esapi-c++] Visual Studio Project Available

Hi All,

A Visual Studio 2008 solution was checked in today for those who
prefer Microsoft's IDE. There are three projects - esapi-dll,
esapi-lib, and esapi-test. Each project has x86 and x64
configurations. In addition, there is a esapi-cleam.cmd script which
will clean up the extra files associate with running VS.

Not all files have been added to to the projects, but its a start for
those who are interested.

The DLL and LIB build fine, but I'm having link problems on TEST. The
paths look OK. I'll dig into more later today.
