[Owasp-esapi-c++] H or HPP Preference?

.h is my preference, but as long as we're consistent, I don't think it matters for this project.

Hi All,

Does anyone have a preference for *.h or *.hpp?

I had HPP on my mind, and just checked in the same. I'm happy to
change it, I just need to know what the preference is.
