[Owasp-esapi-c++] Two Self Tests Now Available

No problem. Remember, I was just kicking tires on it (and not
discarding work). Please feel free to change anything you desire.

On the good side, I ordered a couple books on Boost (overnight, should
be here later today). So I won't be such a lame tool when it comes to
the library; and might actually be an asset for you.
