I have updated the OWASP wiki page with some basic information.
Kevin/Jeff -- I listed you both under contributors, but did NOT list your email addresses (not sure how public you are with them). Feel free to add if you would like, or let me know and I can add.

Jeff,
At least until this project gains a bit of momentum, I thought we could just use the Google Code provided one at:
http://code.google.com/p/owasp-esapi-cplusplus/w/list
I think anyone who has 'commit' capabilities is allowed to update the wiki.
Currently, there are no pages present, but feel free to create the first page.
If that's not suitable, I supposed we could use the OWASPI site, but I'd prefer to wait at least to have something significant first. Even ESAPI (the overall project) doesn't have a lot of pages at the OWASP wiki site.
I counted something like 30 pages, and most of them are general rather than being language specific.
Did you have something specific in mind? Don't let me hold you up.
It's easier to get forgiveness than permission, so if you want to write "Kevin W. Wall is a worm" or "Kevin Wall makes a better tormentor than a mentor", that suits me fine. I'll forgive you. And be waiting with baited breath to get even. (That's what you get when you hold your worms in your mouth while fishing, right? ;-)
So, knock yourself out.
