You can get the latest version of SAM'SHE on the ANBS 0.55 release which
is downloadble from http://www.owasp.net/Downloads/tabid/54/Default.aspx

We never got around to writing an IIS 6.0 document, but the IIS 5.0 and
SAMShe should point you on the right direction (there are quite a lot of
good resources out there about IIS 6.0 (just remember that you can't
really isolate multiple shared websites (even in IIS 6.0) if they are
running with Full Trust)

I also have access to tons of resources, so if you let me know more
specific questions, I can answer them or point you to the answer
