Wheres the best guides then or the ones coming out on owasp?

yes that would be good, since you need to do a lot to really secure an IIS
6.0 server (separate Identities for Application Pools are just the Tip of
the Iceberg)

I also use DotnetNuke, it def has had a lot of thought put into it, writing
a custom skin for it is really easy.

One thing to bear in mind it requires ASPNET/Network Service account on the
whole dir/subs it runs from. From reading the msdn security documentation
from my understanding (could be wrong!) its best setup a separate user and
assign it via an application pool.
