Hello everyone,
 
It's been quiet for on the list for a while now, and nobody responded on the
last post by Saurabh asking about the status of the project and the portals.
So I decided to see if I can do something for the portal question.
 
As I understand now, we are looking for a portal solution. Recently I joined
the dutch user group for DotNetNuke. We had a meeting last friday at
Microsoft Netherlands HQ in Amsterdam. Seems that Microsoft will give
DotNetNuke attention and support (through articles in the dutch .NET
magazine, and we will post some articles on the dutch MSDN website).
Other user groups have already done these things.
 
For the people that are not familiar with DotNetNuke take a look at
http://www.dotnetnuke.com It's a multi-portal solution that is open source.
Current version is 2.12 and they have released several beta's for 3.0. 3.0
should be go final within a few months.
 
DotNetNuke has an huge user base. It's being used as a framework by
thousands of company's to build internet and intranet solutions.
 
If we choose to go with DotNetNuke I can see alot of advantages for both
OWASP-dotnet and DotNetNuke.
