[Owasp-delhi] Need Help with ESAPI

Hi All,
I am planning to do a PoC of ESAPI integration into an existing J2EE web
application in my organization.
Does anyone here have a first hand experience of  an on the ground
integration of ESAPI with a real life commercial scale web app?
Any pointers and suggestions in this regard would be highly appreciated
