[OWASP-Chapters] New Chapter - Memphis

Hi all,

 I would like to take the opportunity to introduce myself and another
new OWASP chapter.

My name is Tracy Bost and I'm helping facilitate starting the new
chapter in Memphis,TN.

Plans are to have our first "kick-off" meeting on August 24, to
coordinate future meetings, etc.
Pizza is always a good teaser to get some people involved : ) .  I'm
excited about helping create web application security
awareness/education with local organizations and
developers in our community.

Any  tips, suggestions, etc. would be much appreciated.
