[Owasp-chapters] Chapter Mailing Lists

You should all now have received a password and a mailing list for your
local chapters. 

I will send a mail to webappsec explaining to people how to subscribe to
their local chapter mailing list.

As soon as we can get a basic list of rules for meetings together we can
start to get going. I am afraid I just haven't had time to do it yet. Any
offers ?
