That sounds excellent. We now have 8 chapters in the US, London, Mumbai,
Zurich, Panama and Australia to name but a few. 

We are currently working out some logistics so I will sign you up for Israel
and add you to a mailing list for Chapter chairs as we work out the details
over the coming months.

I'm the CTO and co-founder for Imperva(TM) (www.imperva.com), an application
security company. Prior to founding Imperva (together with Shlomo Kramer and
Mickey Boodaei) I co-founded an application security consulting company
called eDvice Security Services and prior to that lead a research team in
the Israeli Army.

Other than product development, we in Imperva are actively involved in
application security research through our Application Defense Center.
Our research includes not only web application research but also database

through consulting services and with the security community in Israel.

We would be happy to take charge of the Israeli chapter of OWASP, and
already have some thoughts regarding the first gathering.

Later this summer (August time) we are planning to start OWASP Local
Chapters. Similar to ISSA Chapters, people will be able to meet locally
say once a Qtr and organize presentations and discussions.
