[Owasp-chapters] Re: [OWASP-LEADERS] Empty pages

Lets delete all of the empty one's as of right now.  It is soooo easy to add
them when needed.  Stubs are great, but at this point we are live, and if I
ever get around to doing the Dallas chapter ;)  Then I will add the page
appropriately!
