I think that is a lot better. However how do you deal with "private"
mails? I know a lot of people in the business and they are not opposed
to me sending them new infos and interesting topics. Suppose I write
Mister X a mail, telling him about OWASP, what they do, and so on, that
I am the Chapter lead for his country and that I would like to invite
him and his company in the _name_ of OWASP, because that is basically
what I am doing.
Would that be allowed by the above rule?
