[Owasp-board] Board Email List Config

My suggestion: Set up a @owasp.org email like owasp.board at owasp.org and
subscibe that address to the board list. Then set up a rule to auto-forward
all email for that account to the board list. That way anyone can post to
the board list without subscribing. If it becomes abusive, simply remove
the forwarding rule.
