[Owasp-board] Approved 40hrs

Kelly & Sarah,

I wanted to expand a little bit on Tom's email.  We allocated funding for the additional hours until December 31st.  During this time we would like the additional hours to be focused on OWASP global initiatives (versus local chapter efforts). There are no strict guidelines on this item, we are leaving this in your professional judgement based on your prior involvements with OWASP.

Over the next few weeks we will be working to formalize the job responsibilities and evaluating our financial position. This will allow us to have more formalized roles, responsibilities, and funding for the 2012 year.

Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.  Your efforts to date have been great and this additional funding will enable you to continue working on the many areas where OWASP can continue to grow.
